The World Agency for Emancipation is a world wide public service
hosting a wide range of projects, all aiming for Emancipation and Autonomy.

The Agency consists of:

• The Observatory on Autonomy , which aims at collecting all practices and tools serving the idea of autonomy, for every day and every field in life.
  
  
• The public service dealing with vitalizing rural territories, under the form of administrative support and management consultancy dedicated to any structure wishing to become autonomous and sustainable, especially NGOs and community-based associations.
  
  
• The " Turtled! " network, establishing win-win solidarity partnerships between a business and an NGO in order to bring sense through the buying power.
  
  
• The Member space, to raise emulation, creativity and experimentation.
